Terms

Our services. We provide independent, specialist repair for premium built-in appliances. We are an independent service, not affiliated with Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking, Thermador or any other brand, and not a manufacturer-authorized center; all brand names are the trademarks of their respective owners. We use genuine OEM parts and our work is our own.

Estimates and pricing. Our diagnostic / service call is $95, credited toward the repair. Any repair estimate is provided before work begins and is based on the diagnosis; parts prices and availability can change, and a firm quote is confirmed on site. Prices shown on this website are typical market ranges for reference, not a fixed quote.

Warranty. Completed repairs are backed by a 1-Year Parts & Labor Warranty covering the parts we install and the labor we perform, under normal use. The warranty does not cover new, unrelated faults, damage from misuse, power surges, or work performed by others after our visit.

Scheduling and access. Same-day and emergency availability depend on schedule and location. You are responsible for providing safe access to the appliance. Sealed-system and refrigerant work is performed by an EPA-certified technician in accordance with applicable regulations.

Text message programme. If you give us your mobile number and agree when you call or book, Freedome Breeze sends service text messages about your own appointment: booking confirmation, technician arrival and delays, rescheduling, and your quote or invoice. This is a customer-care programme — we do not send marketing or promotional texts, and agreeing to messages is never a condition of any purchase.

Consent, frequency and cost. Consent is given verbally on the call or at the time of booking, and it is recorded against your job. Message frequency varies with your booking — most repairs involve a handful of messages. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Stopping messages and getting help. Reply STOP to any message to end them; you will receive one confirmation and nothing after that. Reply HELP for assistance, or call (914) 809-9382 and we will remove your number while you are on the line. Ending text messages does not cancel your repair, and we will reach you by phone instead. Limitation of liability. Our liability for any claim relating to a repair is limited to the amount paid for that repair.
