Information we collect. When you call or book a repair, we collect the information you provide: your name, mobile or landline number, service address, and details about the appliance and the problem. When you visit this website, standard server logs may record your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view. We do not sell your personal information.

How we use it. We use your information solely to schedule and perform your repair, to bring the correct parts, to provide a quote and warranty, and to follow up on the service. We do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Text messages and your mobile number. If you give us your mobile number and agree to text updates when you book, we use it to send messages about your own appointment — confirmation, technician arrival, rescheduling, and the quote or invoice for your repair. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase, and you can stop them at any time by replying STOP. Message frequency varies with your booking; message and data rates may apply.

Mobile information is never shared for marketing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing with the subcontractors that support the service — for example the messaging provider that delivers the text — is limited to what is needed to deliver it. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

Other sharing. We share the rest of your information only as needed to complete your repair — for example, ordering a genuine OEM part for your model. We do not sell or rent your information. We may disclose information if required by law.

Data retention and security. We keep service records only as long as needed for warranty and legitimate business purposes, and we take reasonable measures to protect them. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, but we work to safeguard your information.

Your choices. You may ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete records that we are not required to keep.
